Aerobic
There is an air conditioning and special floor that protect your body in it. We have many different kinds of exercises with many instructors e.g. hi low, TBC, ABT, step, fit ball, yoga, pilates, stretching, mix dance and many others.
All our clients will find something interesting for themselves.



HERE IS OUR AEROBIC'S OFFER
MEGA MIX WORKOUT
It is a mix of different classes which stenghten muscles and help in slimming process. It is based on short sequences of exercises: worming up, body band, simple steps on the platform, kick-boxing , hi low and low impact classes. .
AQUA AEROBIC – Health spinecord
These are classes which main goal is to strengthen muscles and lower back pains. It is good as well for health people as well as for those who have problems. In case of any doubts please contact your instructor immediately.
AQUA AEROBIC
It is great fun. You don't have to know how to swim. Because you practise in water you don't have to feel tired but your muscles practice very hard. Water affects your body, you will see the results.
TAE BOE -
It is a mix of aerobic and box, karate and kickboxing. These are highly intensive classes that help you to build muscles but also relax. For those who are well trained and fit.
HI-LO AEROBIC
It is an aerobic with elements of dance and jumps. There is a choreography and interesting steps. These are great classes to higher your condition and co-ordination.
BODY SHAPER
During these classes you will use body bands. It shapes your body and burn calories. You will use all the groups of muscles. These are semi intensive classes and that's why they are recommended to beginners.
SLIMNASTIC
Great classes for those who start training. There is no choreography, only simple steps and exercises. These are low intensive forms of aerobic that help to get rid of kilogram’s.
STEP AEROBIC
During that classes you will work with a special platform. You can moderate the height of the step and that's why these are classes for beginners and for well trained people.
ABT- ALL BODY TRAINING
The main part of classes is destined for exercises of paunch, hips, buttock and thighs. These are semi intensive classes. It helps to burn all the extra kilogram’s, build muscles. It is recommended to all the people different age.
STRETCHING
The main goal of the classes is to improve the shape of hips, paunch, buttock. You will have also the opportunity to stretch all your body: muscles and tendons. It is a great relaxing and calming form.
POWER YOGA
It is a connection of yoga and breathing exercises. It is recommended for stresses, untrained people who have just started trainings. Yoga helps to regenerate and nourish body and mind. It gives you a feeling of internal calm. But it needs concentration and ability to listen to you inner voice.
DANCE
You can learn single elements of Latino, modern and afro dance as well as short choreography. These classes help to relax, prevent stress and improve your feeling.
PILATES
Pilates it’s a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor itself, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.
FITBALL
