Next great enterprise of UKS Maniac Gym are World Championships in Senior Fitness for Men and Women, which will take place in autumn 2012 in Bialystok

Since January new services in Maniac Gym.

Soon in  Maniac Gym  will be centre of cardiac disease and obesity treatment.

The service will:

- Cardiac diagnostics (test for exertional on tread exertional, the  pressure test, ECG,  stress challenge test, counseling cardiology, cardiology individual training)

- Diagnosis of physical efficiency ( diagnosis of physical performance-measurement of VO2max, individual training )

- Diagnosis of overweight and obesity diet (study calorimeters at rest and exercise, dietitian counseling, individual training in overweight and obesity, 24 or 7-day monitoring of physical activity

- Diagnostic psychological (counseling psychologist)Recommended Calorie intake per day

We are happy to announce that the World Championships in Bodybuilding and Fitness, which took place on November 13th-15th , are finished with full success, as evidenced  by the opinion issued by the IFBB President Rafael Santonja, and the International Federation IFBB.

A competitor of our club UKS Maniac Gym Katarzyna Kozakiewicz is the World Champion in body fitness up to & incl. 168cm. The competition was held of 16-19 September. It was World Women's Bodybuilding & Fitness and Men's Fitness Championships)
